Lean meat fried potato noodles
Overview
Potato starch is a kind of flour processed from sweet potatoes. Because potato starch content is higher than rice starch, potato starch is more flexible and elastic than rice noodles. It is not easy to boil when boiled and not easy to break when fried. Add a little lean meat and a little chives, and you can cook up a satisfying breakfast.
