Cold Enoki Mushrooms
Overview
Cold enoki mushrooms are an appetizer for meals. I like them very much. Fresh enoki mushrooms are rich in B vitamins, vitamin C, carbohydrates, minerals, carotene, various amino acids, phytohemagglutinin, polysaccharides, taurine, lentinine, Ophiopogon sterol, cytolytic toxins, mushroom cytotoxins, etc.
