Whole wheat scallion pancake
Overview
Whole wheat flour contains more fiber. For those of us who are accustomed to eating fine grains today, eating some whole grains every now and then can not only cleanse the stomach and intestines, but also absorb various nutrients in whole grains. When you see this dark-colored whole-wheat cake, does it remind you of people's diet in the 1950s and 1960s that only appeared in movies and TV shows? Come on, start cooking whole grains and join the ranks of eating whole grains.

Steps
-
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, green onions.
-
Add hot water to the flour and use chopsticks to stir the flour and water evenly.
-
After the dough is formed, you can add olive oil (you can also add some cooking oil if you don’t have olive oil).
-
After kneading the dough smooth, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-
Chop green onions.
-
Transfer the dough to the board and divide into three equal parts (I have a smaller board, so I divided it into three parts).
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a thin sheet with a rolling pin.
-
Spread cooking oil on the thin sheet of dough and sprinkle with some salt and chopped green onion.
-
Roll up from top to bottom and cut into two equal parts.
-
After stretching it slightly, roll it up.
-
Use a rolling pin to gently roll it into a cake shape.
-
After the pan is hot, apply a little oil, put the cake in, and turn it over after the bottom is formed (it needs to be seared over medium heat).
-
When both sides are golden brown, press the edge of the cake with your hands. If it rebounds quickly, it means that the cake is mature. Just take it out. Follow this method to make the rest of the cake.
