Prepare a chicken leg

Ingredients to be used.

Remove the meat from the chicken legs and cut into cubes.

The ingredients are all chopped, and the peppers are cut into pieces about the same size as chicken drumsticks. (As shown in the picture)

Put some oil in the pot and heat it until it is 70% hot.
