  6. Add the onions and ginger and stir-fry until the aroma of the onions and ginger is released, then add the soaked dried radish and continue to stir-fry

  7. Add appropriate amount of scalding (just cover the pork belly and dried radish), salt (add according to personal taste) and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. When the meat and dried radishes are cooked, increase to high heat to reduce the soup
