Fried swimming crab with onions
Overview
The golden autumn of October is the season when swimming crabs are on the market in large quantities. Stir-fried swimming crabs with onions are fragrant and fresh, both meat and vegetarian. It goes well with wine and rice.

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the onion and cut into small pieces,

Wash the swimming crabs with a brush, remove the cover, stomach and gills, cut into large pieces,

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until they change color, then remove.
