Kimchi Pork Floss Sushi
Overview
Lan Qin was originally going to celebrate the Chinese New Year with me and Sanmei, but she suddenly planned to fly to Guangzhou to surprise her family. Well, I can’t say anything. She will fly tomorrow and time is too tight, so I had to make her this simple kimchi and pork floss sushi to express my gratitude. It contains my homemade meat floss, pickles (carrots) and minced meat (actually the meat floss that failed the first time was not loose enough and turned into minced meat. But the taste is still very fragrant)

Ingredients
Steps
-
When the rice is steamed and brought to lukewarm temperature, add sushi vinegar and mix well (if not available, use apple cider vinegar instead)
-
Clean and dry sushi mats are laid out
-
Spread a piece of seaweed on top
-
Spread the rice on the seaweed with a spoon
-
Lay it flat, leaving edges on all four sides to prevent all the rice from coming out when wrapping
-
Spread a spoonful of salad dressing evenly
-
Spread meat floss and carrots close to one third of the body
-
Lift the mat, hold the material in the middle with your hands and start rolling it. When rolling, make sure to roll it firmly
-
After rolling everything up, wrap it with a mat and pinch it again to make it tighter
-
After rolling, set aside. Roll up the next one
-
When cutting, put some water on the knife so that the cuts will be beautiful, and the closing area should be cut underneath. If it is on top it will be cut.
