Overview
Cabbage is the main vegetable in winter and spring in the vast areas of northern my country. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that cabbage is warm in nature and sweet in taste, and has the functions of easing the stomach, producing body fluids and quenching thirst, eliminating food and lowering qi, moistening the lungs and clearing phlegm. From the leaves to the roots, cabbage has certain medicinal value and can be used to treat a variety of diseases. I used cabbage leaves to make shrimp and cabbage buns, but I couldn’t throw away the crispy cabbage buns. I made a spicy and sour cabbage buns, which tasted really good.
