Beer Chicken
Overview
Beer chicken is quite popular in my house! Because it is simmered in beer, the finished product is pure, fragrant and tender. Friends who like spicy food in this dish can change the soybean paste into spicy bean paste, or add dried chili peppers and cook it together. The taste will be just as delicious.
