Egg white coconut balls
Overview
Don’t waste the leftover egg whites from making egg tarts. I chose this simple oil-free protein coconut balls. Personally, I have always liked the scent of coconut, so this is my favorite. But I put less sugar, so it has a very light sweetness.

Steps
-
All ingredients (I put sugar in the egg whites).
-
Use chopsticks to break up the egg whites so that the sugar can dissolve.
-
Mix flour and coconut (reserve 10g of coconut for sticky surface).
-
Add the egg whites again.
-
Mix well with a rubber spatula until it forms a dough. Then take a small piece with your hands and roll it into a small ball with a diameter of about 2cm (it will be difficult to cook if it is too large).
-
Then put it in the coconut and roll it around. Let the coconut paste evenly adhere to the surface.
-
Make all the dough in the same way and place it on the baking sheet.
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, put the coconut balls into the oven, bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes, then bake at high heat for 10 minutes (it's best to cover them with tin foil).
