Overview

I am a carnivore, especially when I see all-vegetarian dishes, haha, my friends all wonder if there is still oil oozing from my bones. The following one is one of my favorites, beer duck. I get drunk before I cook it, haha, stop talking nonsense and start cooking.

  1. Prepare materials. Two pounds of duck. Spices are ready

  2. Put the chili, garlic and ginger in a small dish and sauté until fragrant

  3. Add duck and saute until fragrant

  4. Add dark soy sauce and white sugar (this is very important as it can blend with the flavor of dark soy sauce and take back the later aroma)

  5. Put the fried duck into the clay pot. Add beer, just enough for a bottle. Then add spices (star anise, peppercorns, nutmeg, bay leaves)

  6. First stir-fry over high heat, then turn to medium-low, then simmer for twenty minutes until the juice is reduced. Don't make it too dry.

  7. Plate and eat.
