Use warm water to dissolve the yeast and baking powder, then slowly add water to knead the dough until it becomes as soft as a dumpling wrapper! Knead the dough and wait for the ceremony! (I forgot to take a shot of the yeast water😄I have made flower rolls before, and the method is the same)

Use the time when the dough is rising to process the bean paste (I bought the bean paste, add sesame oil, cooked white sesame seeds, white sugar, and forgot to take a photo of the bean paste😭) The dough will rise in ten minutes😄 (The weather is hot, so it rises quickly)

Use a dough press to press the dough that has risen well, and the bubbles inside will disappear😄 (as shown in the picture)

Put the processed bean paste on top of the dough, (as shown in the picture)

After placing the bean paste, roll it up and use a knife to cut some diagonal cuts on the roll (as shown in the picture)

After cutting with a diagonal knife, put some water on it, sprinkle black sesame seeds and cut into small pieces, put it on the chopping board and let it rest for ten minutes (as shown in the picture)

Just put the cooked bean paste rolls into a steamer and steam them for ten minutes (I always wait until the second steaming is done before steaming them, so I steam them with boiling water)
