Prepare the ingredients, eggs, fresh milk and butter at room temperature in advance

Beat in the mixing bowl with a whisk. Put the butter into the mixing bowl and mix at high speed for 2 minutes

Then add the powdered sugar little by little and continue to stir

While mixing prepare cake mix, baking powder and salt

Crack three eggs one at a time into the mixing bowl. One at a time, stir well and then add the next

Wait until the three eggs are thoroughly mixed

Add the powder into the mixing barrel and continue mixing

Stir the powder thoroughly, add fresh milk, and slowly pour in

Then add vanilla extract

Finally add lemon juice and raisins

Grease a baking pan and pour in the cake liquid! Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 35 minutes

As the baking pan, I used the ten-inch pizza pan from last time’s ACA prize😏, so the height wasn’t enough and I added a smaller one!

After taking it out of the oven, turn it upside down and let it cool! You can decorate with cream or butter frosting
