Add a spoonful of salt to cold water and mix well; add clams and soak for more than two hours

Three whole-grain eggs

Add a little salt to the eggs and mix well

Add more water, two spoons of cooking wine, one spoonful of old wine and half a spoonful of salt and bring to a boil

After the water boils, add the clams and remove them when they open

Put the opened clams into a steamed egg container; add an appropriate amount of clam cooking water to the egg liquid, about 1/3 of the egg liquid; filter the egg liquid with a strainer and pour it into the container for clams, cover it with plastic wrap and put it into the steamer

Steam over high heat for ten minutes, take out the container and garnish with chopped green onion.
