According to the recipe for puff pastry taught before, mix all the powder ingredients,

Add softened butter, mix with powder to form a sand, add water and mix to form a watery oily crust,

Roll the remaining butter into large cubes, fold it in threes four times,

Roll out to 0.35cm thick,

Cut a piece of 10*10cm,

Brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid (a tablespoon of egg yolk + a tablespoon of egg white), and set it at 180℃/160℃ for about 35cm,

You will know if it is cooked or not by cutting it. If the layers of the pastry are all clear, it means it is cooked. Cut it into small pieces, put cream on top of each layer, and put strawberries on top.
