Barley and glutinous rice porridge
Overview
In summer, there is always soup. I either make soup or porridge every day. I cook whatever I have at home. When I see some refreshing and cooling ingredients, I grab a few handfuls to cook them. Anyway, I have a pressure cooker, so there is no need to use it.

Put the ingredients into the pot and wash them;

Add about 1/3-1/2 pot of water;

Use the multi-grain setting for about 40 minutes. You can adjust the time on the control panel of the pot. When the time is up, you can open the lid and eat after cooling and exhausting the steam. Just add some salt to taste when enjoying. You can also add brown sugar.
