Pan-fried stuffed mushroom meatballs
Overview
Small meatballs stuffed with mushrooms, my private dish for banquets. The upside-down shiitake mushrooms are like small boats filled with meat fillings. The flavors of meat and shiitake mushrooms are completely melted together after stewing. It is also quite simple to operate.

First, take a shiitake mushroom that is about the size of its head, remove the stem and wash it.

Add starch, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, and a little minced onion and ginger to the meat filling and mix well.

Fill the mushrooms with meat filling.

Put a little oil in the pot, fry the side with the meat filling first, keep the heat medium-low.

Flip and fry slightly.

Take another pot, add stock, oyster sauce, ginger, green onion, and fried mushrooms.

Cook until the soup is almost gone, then remove from the pot.
