Cold seaweed

Cold seaweed

Overview

In Korea, this is a very common cold method. The key point is that it uses more sesame oil. Sesame oil can promote many components of kelp to be easily absorbed by our body. The sour and salty taste makes it easy to go with rice! Eating more kelp can help us 1. Prevent and treat goiter. 2. Reduce the body's absorption of cholesterol and lower blood pressure. 3. Lower fat. It can remove the excretion of cholesterol and sterols attached to the blood vessel walls...etc.
