  1. Prepare the ingredients, separate the fat and lean meat into slices, smash and chop the garlic.

  2. Wash the green beans and select into small sections. Boil the green beans in a pan and sauté them for five minutes.

  3. In another pan, add oil and stir-fry the lean meat until fragrant. Add minced garlic and small chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the green beans and stir-fry until the green beans are slightly dry. Add soy sauce and thirteen spices and stir-fry for two to three minutes. Add salt to taste, stir well, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
