Maotai Xiang Pancake
Overview
In the streets and alleys, you often see carts selling sauce-flavored pancakes. Since I can't resist delicious food, I usually go over and buy a piece to pay for it. As long as I think it's delicious, I'll start making it right away when I get home. I finally took a photo of the process on Sunday, and now I’m posting it to share with everyone.

Prepare the ingredients, cut the onion into small pieces, and chop the tofu into small pieces
