Shred the tenderloin.

Add starch, light soy sauce, egg white, and sesame oil, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut green onions, cucumbers, and red peppers into shreds and arrange on a plate.

Heat the pan and pour oil, add the marinated shredded pork until it turns white and take it out.

Leave the base oil, add chopped green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant, add sweet noodle sauce, add some sugar, a little water, and simmer over low heat until fragrant.

Cook until thickened, add shredded pork and stir-fry to coat evenly.

Just put it on a plate. You can cut some bean curds and wrap them up to eat. I always roll them with big pancakes. It’s so enjoyable, haha!
