Have all materials and tools ready.

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites into a clean basin without water or oil.

Add the egg whites to the sugar in three batches and beat with a whisk until wet peaks form.

Add yogurt and corn oil to the egg yolks and beat with a whisk until emulsified.

Sift in the flour.

Mix well.

Use a spoon to scoop out a spoonful of egg yolk paste and two spoons of meringue and place them in a small bowl.

Place into a piping bag.

Place a silicone mat in the baking pan and squeeze out white cloud shapes at will.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, place on a baking sheet and bake for 1 minute to set, then take out.
