Homestyle Stir-fried Spicy Chicken

Homestyle Stir-fried Spicy Chicken

Overview

There is still half a chicken in the refrigerator. I don’t want to cook it and eat it. It’s a bit boring, so let’s make spicy chicken. It’s delicious with rice. Eating it at home is of course more affordable, with more meat and less condiments. A plate of spicy chicken in a restaurant outside is like digging for chicken with chili and garlic.

  7. Heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil (so that it can cover the chicken pieces), heat it until you can see the oil ripples, pour in the chicken pieces, be careful not to pour in the water used to marinate the chicken, as it will splash oil.
