Homestyle Stir-fried Spicy Chicken
Overview
There is still half a chicken in the refrigerator. I don’t want to cook it and eat it. It’s a bit boring, so let’s make spicy chicken. It’s delicious with rice. Eating it at home is of course more affordable, with more meat and less condiments. A plate of spicy chicken in a restaurant outside is like digging for chicken with chili and garlic.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop the chicken into 2-3 cm pieces, wash and drain.
-
Add 2 tablespoons cooking wine.
-
tablespoon light soy sauce.
-
Add 2/4 teaspoon salt.
-
1/4 teaspoon allspice. Then mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
-
Chop the garlic and dried chilies into large pieces.
-
Heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil (so that it can cover the chicken pieces), heat it until you can see the oil ripples, pour in the chicken pieces, be careful not to pour in the water used to marinate the chicken, as it will splash oil.
-
Fry the chicken pieces over medium heat to your liking, then remove. Strain the oil and clean the pot.
-
Heat the pot again, pour a small amount of oil, and sauté the garlic until slightly charred.
-
Add the dried chilies and stir-fry for a minute or two. Don't make the fire too big, just medium to small fire.
-
Return the fried chicken to the pan and stir-fry for two minutes.
-
Sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds, stir-fry a few times and it's ready to serve. The raw sesame seeds may not be cooked at once, and they taste like raw sesame seeds.
