Overview
This is a simple, easy to make and delicious dish. The puff pastry wraps the body of the shrimp. The outside is crispy and the inside is tender. The curry sauce is very delicious.

Remove the shells from the shrimp bodies and devein them, leaving the shells on the shrimp heads

Marinate the shrimp with lemon juice, white pepper and salt for 15 minutes

While marinating the shrimp, roll out the pastry thinly and flatten it

Then cut the pastry into long strips

Use paper towels or dry towels to absorb moisture from the surface of the marinated shrimp
