Steps

1. 1 Beat the rice and sprinkle with cooked black sesame seeds and salt. (Figure 1)

   

2. 2 Press the rice flat and compact it, and use a cookie cutter to carve out patterns (Picture 2)

   

3. 3 Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. (Figure 3)
