Steamed grouper
Overview

Remove the scales and internal organs of the grouper.

Make a slash on both sides of the fish body.

Place some scallions and ginger slices on the plate.

Cover and steam over high heat for 13 minutes.

Cut onions, ginger and carrots into thin strips.
