Take fish as an example. In addition to steaming, stewing, grilling, pickling, etc., smoked fish is also my favorite way to eat it. However, the common method requires frying first and then marinating, which uses too much oil. This time I used the air fryer to make it. It was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, sweet and delicious.

  6. Bake at 160° for about 20 minutes. The specific time may be increased or decreased according to the size of the fish pieces

  7. Also prepare the marinade, add a few pieces of rock sugar to the remaining marinade of the pickled fish, cook over high heat until thickened, then soak the fish segments cooked in the air fryer in the marinade, and take them out when you are ready to eat
