Overview
It’s really hot in summer and I don’t know what to eat. My mother brought me a bottle of sour cowpeas and fried them today, along with a bowl of porridge. The most beautiful delicacy of summer.

Cut the cowpea into small pieces, mince the ginger and garlic and set aside.
