A slightly spicy version of dry pot pork belly and stir-fried organic cauliflower, moderately salty, a home-cooked dish that goes well with rice!

Cut the pork belly into slices, add pepper and light soy sauce and set aside. I only take a few slices and stir-fry them with cauliflower.

Wash and cut organic cauliflower into sections, drain and set aside

Heat the oil pan until it is six-cooked, pour in corn oil, add a few slices of young ginger and a few slices of pork belly and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in the organic cauliflower and stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a small amount of chili oil and stir-fry over high heat.

Add a spoonful of salt and stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes

Add a little water during the stir-fry process, stir-fry until tender, and remove from the pan.
