Remove the fascia from the beef tenderloin and cut into evenly sized cubes

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, wine starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Red pepper, green pepper, ginger and garlic diced

Put vegetable oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Heat the oil until it is 50% hot, add the diced beef and stir-fry quickly over high heat

Stir-fry over high heat until the beef cubes change color and set aside

In the remaining oil in the pot, add red pepper and green pepper, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry for 30 seconds
