Strawberry filling, purple sweet potato glutinous rice cake ~ bright red and purple sweet. I have guests at home tonight, so it’s a quick dish to make.

Prepare all materials

Pour the glutinous rice flour, corn starch, purple sweet potato starch and fine sugar together and stir well, then add 200ML water and stir.

Once the water is combined, add the olive oil. Salads are also available.

After stirring into a paste, put it in the pot and set it to steam for 15 minutes. Remember not to fill it too full, I just filled it too much

While steaming, open the pot and stir constantly. Let it heat evenly. The consequence of filling it too full is that it is inconvenient to stir.

Take out of the pan, add your favorite fillings, and roll into small balls. I added fresh strawberries.
