Tomato and Ham Pasta
Overview
When I was about to fall asleep last night, my husband suddenly complained that he was hungry. I said that I would wait until tomorrow morning to eat, but I saw him looking at me longingly, with black lines in his eyes. . . . He looked so pitiful. Hey, I couldn’t bear to watch it anymore so I had to fry a plate of pasta. He just finished eating it. How hungry are you? The reason for the bad dinner is that I didn’t cook enough. I guess the former is very unlikely. Otherwise, where would my pasta fly? O(∩_∩)O Hahaha~

Steps
-
Make a cross on the top of the tomatoes, add them to boiling water, wait until the skins fall off and then cut into cubes.
-
Dice the garlic, ham, tomatoes, and carrots respectively, and mince the pork into minced meat.
-
Bring water to a boil, add salt, olive oil, and pasta.
-
Stir constantly with a spatula to prevent the paste from becoming low or sticking. When it turns into a thick soup, bite into one and taste it. If it is not white in the middle, it is cooked. Take the pasta out and put it in cold water to cool down.
-
Heat butter in a pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pork, then ham, shrimp heads, carrots, and tomatoes in sequence. Wait until the tomatoes are completely rotten and turn into a thick soup. Add salt and black pepper according to personal taste before serving. Finally plate it.
