Overview

My daughter brought back oysters marinated in kimchi. As soon as I opened the bottle, a fresh smell hit my nostrils. The freshness can be eaten raw, but I still like to eat them cooked. I made fried oysters, which I really liked. When I took a bite, the oysters were fresh and tender, and the hash browns were chewy.

  1. Mix sweet potato starch with water and add a little salt and white pepper.

  2. I bought pickled oysters with kimchi and prepared an egg.

  3. Pour the oysters into the sweet potato flour.

  4. Heat the pot and pour in a little oil.

  5. Pour in the prepared oyster and sweet potato starch water.

  6. Sprinkle in some chopped green onions.

  7. Then pour in the beaten egg liquid. After the bottom is basically cooked, fry the other side for another 2 minutes. In order to get a better photo effect, I didn’t fry it from the other side. I covered the pot and simmered the top until it was done.
