Chop onions, ginger, garlic and coriander, cut carrots into small dices, cut green peppers into small pieces and set aside. Add a small amount of salt, sesame oil and water to the eggs (a little water is to make the eggs more fluffy, be careful not to add too much)

First add the eggs and stir-fry. After they are cooked, add the onions, ginger, garlic, green peppers and carrots in turn and stir-fry. When they are six times cooked, add the cooked rice and stir-fry over medium heat

Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add salt, pepper powder, chili powder, fresh meat, and other seasonings and stir-fry (be careful not to use too much heat)

Finally add MSG and coriander and you’re done! The fragrant rice is ready! (The green onions can also be put into the pot last)
