Black sesame and peanut glutinous rice balls

It’s the fifteenth day of the first lunar month soon. I’m craving for glutinous rice dumplings stuffed with black sesame and peanuts. I adjusted the fillings and it turned out to be the most delicious when I made them myself❤

Place black sesame seeds, peanuts, and pistachios into the middle rack of the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes

Put the roasted dried peanuts and black sesame seeds into a blender and grind them

Mix the chopped peanuts and black sesame seeds

Add sugar and olive oil and mix well

Press the mixed stuffing into a solid state and freeze it in the refrigerator so that it can be divided later

Add more than 300g of warm water to the glutinous rice flour. The mixed noodles should be slightly harder than the dumpling wrapper

Divide the mixed dough into 20g pieces and flatten them

Place the divided fillings on the dumpling skin

Use the tiger's mouth to slowly gather it, wrap the stuffing, and roll it into a round shape
