Red bean dumplings
Overview
Red beans are more difficult to cook and need to be soaked for several hours in advance, so the red bean soup needs to be cooked and prepared in advance. It will be even better if you add a small piece of tangerine peel to the soup.

Soak the red beans in water for 4 hours, add about five or six times the amount of water and cook until the red beans are soft.

Add 100g glutinous rice flour to 90g warm water and knead into dough.

Then roll it into small balls with a diameter of about 1.5cm. You can also buy ready-made small balls on the market.

Pour the small dumplings into the red bean soup.

Cook until the dumplings float on the water, remove and season with sugar according to personal taste.
