  1. After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and beat with a whisk until fluffy.

  2. Add the eggs in two batches and continue beating with a whisk until the eggs and butter are completely combined and become fluffy and light.

  3. Sift the cake flour and baking powder into the butter.

  4. Fold first with a rubber spatula to combine the flour and butter.

  5. Divide dough into two portions. Set aside one part, add 5 grams of cocoa powder to the other part, and knead for a while until the cocoa powder is completely integrated into the dough and it becomes a chocolate-flavored dough.

  6. Use molds to stamp out patterns on both types of dough.

  7. Place in a preheated 180°C oven and heat the middle rack up and down for 15 minutes until the original dough turns light golden brown and is ready to be baked.
