Wolfberry head and pork liver soup
Overview
Shopping for groceries in the North is really hard to describe. I only wanted up to 150 grams of pork liver, so I told the seller, and was told rudely: If you want to buy it, buy at least one page, otherwise you will be rejected. It's still the same if I switch to another one. I had to buy one page, about 600 grams. Because pork liver cannot be frozen, I had to cook several dishes in a row before using it up.
