Remove the scales, gills, internal organs and clean the crucian carp

Make a few cuts on both sides with a diagonal knife to facilitate the flavor. Add onions, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and white vinegar and marinate for fifteen minutes

Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, aniseed, and dried chilies

Put a little flour into a clean plate, put the fish on it and dip it in a thin layer of flour

Add an appropriate amount of beer and the fish will taste more delicious when made with beer. Add onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar, and dried chili and simmer over high heat for five minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer for another five minutes
