Fatty stuffing
Overview
There are a lot of snacks in Xi'an Huimin Street. The food I'm talking about today - oily stuffing. Many people in Xi'an have never eaten it and don't know what oily stuffing is. I think the so-called oily stuffing looks like an extra-large beef patty. It just tastes softer after eating, with more beef and green onions, and a more numb taste. The green onions and beef taste more intense, and it tastes better than ordinary beef patties.
