Overview
Bookmarks are no stranger to everyone. Today I made a bookmark biscuit. Christmas is coming soon. This biscuit can be considered my Christmas gift.

Cookie Ingredients: Prepare ingredients.

After the butter is melted in water, add the powdered sugar. First stir it with a spatula, and then beat it with a whisk. Otherwise, the powdered sugar will fly away.

Add the powdered sugar a little at a time until it is slowly absorbed

Add egg mixture in small amounts and beat slowly.

After everything is mixed evenly.

Add low-gluten flour and mix evenly.

Knead into a ball and let rest for 20 minutes.

Roll it into a uniform sheet, remove the surrounding sides, and cut it into the desired long strip. The length, width, and thickness can be adjusted at will.

Make the shape you want.

Put it in the oven at 100 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Prepare coloring ingredients.

Beat the egg whites with a whisk. Don't make it too sticky. If it's too thick, it won't be easy to color. It should be a little thicker for writing. Then, add 3 drops of lemon juice. Finally, add powdered sugar and continue beating.

To adjust several colors, divide the egg white into several portions, and then add the pigment.

After mixing, you can decorate.

Put a little egg liquid on the "bookmark" and paste the small pattern on it. You can also draw directly on the "bookmark".
