Fish-flavored eggplant
Overview
I loved eating this dish when I was a kid. Nowadays, there are so many kinds of dishes. Fish-flavored eggplant is still available here a few times a year. *When I was a child, I asked my mother why there is no fish in the fish-flavored eggplant? Mom~ Fish is expensive. It tastes like fish. It’s funny to think about it. I’m making it for my son now and he has never asked such a stupid question. Maybe it has something to do with my son not being cold to eggplant~ Who cares about eggplant! I haven’t eaten for a long time, but I want to eat today. The weather is good today and I am in a good mood. It all depends on the mood of the person. That’s how people do things!
