Walnut, sesame, grape, wolfberry, red date and donkey-hide gelatin cake

Donkey-hide gelatin nourishes blood, nourishes yin, moistens dryness, and stops bleeding. Used for blood deficiency and chlorosis, dizziness and palpitations, restlessness and insomnia, dryness of the lungs and cough.

Donkey-hide gelatin, smash it directly through the packaging.

Donkey-hide gelatin and rice wine are soaked in a ratio of 1:1 for 2 to 3 days until soft, stirring at intervals of 12 hours.

Cook the soaked donkey-hide gelatin in a pot over low heat while stirring until all the donkey-hide gelatin melts. Then cook over low heat for 3 or 4 minutes. Add wolfberries and raisins.

Add sifted rock sugar powder and stir evenly.

After adding the wolfberry raisins, put it in the oven and soak at low temperature (40°) for 30 minutes until the wolfberry and raisins are soft.

Chop walnut kernels.

Place in the oven at 160° and bake for 8 minutes.

After baking for 8 minutes, add sesame seeds and bake for another 3 minutes.

Pour walnuts, sesame seeds, and red dates into donkey hide gelatin (red dates have been cored and chopped in advance).

Mix together and stir well.

Line the mold with tin foil, grease it with oil, pour in donkey-hide gelatin, smooth it out, and refrigerate it to cool.

Place tin foil on a chopping board, grease with oil, pour out the cooled donkey-hide gelatin, and cut into pieces.
