Wash the lean meat and cut into thin slices for later use.

Wash the green pepper and cut into diagonal slices.

Remove the leaves from the cabbage, leaving only the stems, wash them, add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add salt and a little cooking oil, add the stems and blanch until they change color, turn off the heat, take out and drain.
