  1. One large sweet potato, cut into pieces and put in the pressure cooker

  2. Cover and steam over high heat for 5 minutes

  3. Braised

  4. Peel the winter melon, add sugar and mash

  5. Then add glutinous rice flour and knead evenly (the amount of glutinous rice flour should not be very sticky)

  6. Knead into dough

  8. Take a small amount of dough and make it into a round shape and flatten it

  9. Take a little red bean paste and put it in

  10. Form into a ball and roll in sesame seeds

  11. Knead again (to embed the sesame seeds into the sweet potato balls so as not to drop them when frying)

  12. Kneaded

  13. Pour oil, fry over low heat until the surface turns yellow
