Take a piece of dough and roll it into a tongue shape.
-
Roll out one side thinly.
-
Roll up the thick side and pinch to seal.
-
Make the other dough in the same way and place it on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Place in a warm place for secondary fermentation. After fermentation, brush with a layer of whole egg liquid.
-
Put it into the middle rack of the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
Bake until the surface is golden brown.
