Mango Coconut Rice
Overview
I particularly like the taste of coconut and also like to eat mango, so naturally I like to eat mango coconut milk rice. Fortunately, logistics is now developed, so you can buy whatever you want to eat, no matter where it is. So you can make your own favorite food at home. The mango and coconut rice I made today is a home-style recipe. It is very simple to make, but the coconut flavor is rich and delicious. Also, Thai fragrant rice is usually used to make this rice, but I personally prefer the fragrance of Northeastern rice flowers, so I use Northeastern rice flowers, and I think this rice tastes better when steamed.

I used Northeastern Dao Hua Fragrant Rice.

Wash the rice and prepare coconut milk. Coconut milk is 1.3 cups.
