Overview
Roasted bran is a common ingredient in the Jiangnan area. It is made by grinding wheat with skin into wheat bran flour, then rubbing and sifting it in water to separate the gluten. It is fermented and steamed into a sponge shape, and is rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients. The day lily barbecue bran dish I made today tastes very good. Soak the daylily and fungus and wash them

Fresh roasted bran

Wash and squeeze the roasted bran repeatedly, cut it into small pieces, blanch it in Buddhist water for a few minutes, take it out and let it cool, squeeze out the water and set aside

Pour in fresh soy sauce, dark soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt
