Loofah Yong Tau Fu
Overview
Recently loofah. I paired it with the special fresh ones, ham sausage, tofu and shiitake mushrooms. Both adults and children love to eat, and those who like to eat lightly can check it out

Steps
-
Peel the loofah you bought and cut it into sections. Use a chopstick to gently rub it from the middle. Remove the flesh inside
-
Chop the mushrooms and garlic into small cubes
-
Put a little lard and salt in the pot. Add the shiitake mushrooms and fry until raw.
-
Put the fried mushrooms into the soft tofu. Add a little more salt and light soy sauce and stir. If the soft tofu is not sold, peanut tofu can also be used.
-
Arrange the lettuce leaves and ham sausage into shapes. I bought the ham sausage myself at the vegetable market and processed it. Don’t worry, it’s ham sausage.
-
Gently stuff the prepared tofu filling into the loofah. Garnish with wolfberry and put it in the steaming tray. Drizzle a little sesame oil. Personally I think sesame oil goes well with the flavor of loofah and has a refreshing fragrance. Place it in the steaming tray and steam for 15 minutes
