Take appropriate amount of black fungus and soak it

Wash the fermented black fungus

Crush the garlic and cut the red and green pepper into strips

Heat oil in a pan. After the oil cools down slightly, add minced garlic, pepper, and a little vinegar

Blanch the black fungus and take it out

Pour in the sauce from step 4 and a little sesame oil and serve on a plate
